18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements apply to producers of visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct.

Age of performers

All persons who appear in sexually explicit content made available on XPORNER were 18 years of age or older at the time the depiction was created. Content is adult-only Japanese adult video and similar material.

Exemption / third-party records

This website acts as a content distributor / platform. In most cases we are not the primary producer of the original recordings. Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 for original production are maintained by the primary producer named on the video, package, or accompanying credits.
